The Thunderdogs and Shaskys matched up in a nail-biter that the T-Dogs won in dramatic fashion with a 4 run rally in the bottom of the 9th. Noah Hagey and Pines Stavola dueled in the tough August sun before feeling it in the last frames. The T-Dog bullpen did the job, while the Shasky pen faltered for teams headed in opposite directions. It was an exciting game to watch and good for the league.

The Thunder Dogs scored 9 unanswered runs to hand the Shaskys their 2nd loss. In a matchup of old school pitchers, Sean Merriam bested Shasky ace Pines Stavola, whose team could not provide the key defensive plays and timely hits that helped them in their success to date.The T-dogs scored 4 runs in the bottom of the 8th in their 10-5 victory. A bad decision by Backstop Coach McCarthy to throw through to 2nd base with two outs and runners on 1st and 3rd in the 6th allowed the go ahead run to score and gave the T-Dogs the momentum. Irishman Jim Farrell banged out 3 hits in the win. Knuckles Rudelson had a good game in defeat.
