A's would jump out in 1st with a 1-0 lead and holding that til the 5th. Pizarro would single home Yee, who pinched ran for Sullivan. not till bottom of the 9th would Walker lead off single and Yee's single moving him to 3rd. Chand would collect his 2nd hit of the game in walk-off fashion. Defense and timely hitting was the story to this game. cahiil had 2 hits and Manager Tyler Ferdinand would find the bases twice. OKeefe twirls CG shutout to give Athletics 1-0 series lead over #1 Mocka Rays Brett O'Keefe surrendered only 3 hits, and the Athletics defense turned 2 double plays on the game, as O'Keefe efficiently kept the top offense in the league at bay. The Athletics scored 2 in the top of the first to set the tone, on an RBI SAC fly by Tapper, and an error by the Mocka Rays. The As blew it open in the 4th, however, plating 5 runs on 5 hits. Christian and Tessari led the way for the As with 2 hits and 2 runs each. For the Mocka Rays, manager Tyler Ferdinand collected all 3 hits.
