Jason Erhardt and Red Dog pitcher Justin Roberts dueled all day, with Justin getting the last word in the end, both on the mound and at the plate. After the Senators tied the game in the top of the 6th, Justin led off the bottom of the 6th with a well-struck double, and a passed ball helped advance him to third. Justin scored on a sacrifice fly two batters later, and then came back to the mound in the top of the 7th to shut the door, thanks to a very well turned double play to end the game. Justin pitched himself out of trouble all day long, and helped lift the Dogs to their 6th win of the season. The Dogs travel to Salem next week to take on the Metro Gators in a crucial doubleheader at Palmer Cove.
