Somerville Alibrandis 1, Brighton Black Sox 0
Morse vs. Rooney! Both pitchers at their best tonight. Morse did not allow a base runner until the 5th and Rooney giving up only one run on 4 hits.
Somerville actually scored the run in the 6th on no hits! Addesa led the inning off with a 7 pitch walk, Barrett bunted him over, DesRoches intentionally put on. Both Addesa and DesRoches reach 2nd and 3rd on pass ball and Addesa scores only run on a Scioli sac fly.
Black sox threaten in seventh with a leadoff double but after trying to tag on the next batter the runner was called out for leaving early.
Great game played on both sides and as Grif said playoff baseball game. Black Sox a class organization from the top down.
