Pat Noble and Sean Sullivan came up big for Somerville. Sullivan pitched a complete game 4 hit gem and Noble went 4-4 2 RBI and 2 runs scored to lead Alibrandis over Savin Hill.
Bivas had 2 hits and the only run scored for the Hornets.

Ryan Dauley homered, tripled and drove in 3 runs to lead the Al Thomas Club to a 13-8 win over the Hornets. Mitch Monke struggled with his command, yet battled through 5 innings to pick up the victory, while helping his own cause with a single, double and a triple.
Steve Lambert continued his torrid pace, going 3-5 with a double, 2 rbi and 3 stolen bases, while Mark Daly collected his first 3-hit game of the season. James Katsiroubas ripped a single, double and triple and pitched 2 scoreless innings to close out the game.

Savin Hill hit on all cylinders tonight. Freddi Correra (4 RBI) and Paul Tagliaferri (2 RBI) had 3 hits and apiece. Last night's hero, Gary Kaye struck again for 3 more RBI. Gordon Lescinskis was nasty on the mound striking out 10 and walking just 1.
Cyclone teammates Riggs and Thomas each had triples. |

Gary Kaye's three-run homerun in the bottom of the sixth-inning gave the Savin Hill Hornets their seventh victory in nine games. Starting pitcher Nick Young went all seven, striking out nine and walking just one. Dave Clarke's lead-off homer in the first started the scoring for the Hornets.
For the Brighton Braves, Ted Tracy had three hits, and Evan Schein went the distance striking out eleven batters. |

Four Hornet pitchers, Henry Spitzer, Nick Young, Nate Hodor and Gordon Lescinskis, combined for a 2-hit victory over South Boston.
Seven different Hornet batters had hits. Dave Clarke was forced home in the top of the seventh inning with the winning run when Adam Morgam was hit by a pitch. Mark Nickerson had both hits and John Tenney was strong in 6 inning of work for the Saints. |

Hornet Starter Matt Conroy left with a sore right bicep after pitching out of a bases loaded jam in the first. On came Monday night's starter Gordon Lescinskis to pitch though multiple jams of his own. All told the Knights stranded 14 runners on the night. Savin Hill outfielder Freddi Carrera hit a solo shot in the 5th. And, Eric MacIver recorded a tough 2-inning save. |

It took the Astros 8 innings to finally break through, but South End went home with a thrilling walk-off victory.
Leo Vilorio was brilliant on the mound throwing 8 innings of 5 hit shutout ball to earn his 3rd win of the season. Defensively Miguel Rodriguez was rock solid at 2nd base with 5 assists. Rodriguez wasn't only a standout in the field but with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 8th he hit the walk-off game winning single. This was a huge division win for the struggling Astros. |
