Tides sweep Lexington to take home their 4th title in their 7 year history. Dave Iava tossed a gem not giving up a hit until the 6th. Iava goes the distance allowing only 2 hits and striking out 6 to pick up the win. Iava has been the winning pitcher in 3 out of 4 deciding title games for the Tides. Jerry Winters went 3-3 with 2 doubles, triple and 2 RBI. Brenden Stone had a big 2 RBI double in the 5th. Rob Linn came up big in the 4th smoking a 2B to the left center gap and then scoring on Winters 2B. Tony Anderlionis (1-3, 1 run, RBI) Derek Happas (1-3 BB 1 run 1 SB) and Dan O'Brien (1-3 1 run) also chipped in for the Tides.
Congratulations to John Gainey (Manager) Rob Monti (Manager) Dan O'Brien, Dave Iava, Brenden Stone, Miguel Miranda and Tony Anderlionis who have been with the Tides for all 4 Championships.

Congrats to the Lexington on a great season and a awesome playoff run.

Tides take game one behind strong pitching from Rob Monti and good defense. Monti goes 9 tossing a 3 hit shutout. Dakota Happas 3 hits 2 runs, Brian Cassidy 1 hit 1 walk 2 runs lead the offense for the Tides. Winters also had 2 hits.

Barry Foster pitched well for the Blue Sox going the distance. Game 2 Tuesday night in Lexington.

Tides out last Bombers in a Classic playoff game. Great pitching from both starters Hart goes 9 for the Tides (12 K's) and Godfrey goes 9 plus for the Bombers (9 K's). Scituate held the lead all night and had a 2 run lead into the 9th but EB rallied with 2 outs to tie it up in 9th. David Lightbody nearly won it hitting a 2 RBI double off the top of canter field fence . Scituate scores 3 in the 10th. Rob Linn gets the game winning hit with a 2 RBI double in the top of the 10th. Tony Anderlionis pitched a scoreless 10th and picks up the win.

Stellar pitching by Steed and Pierucci, each pitcher giving up one unearned run through nine innnings.

In the top of the 10th, Moschella knocks in the go ahead run. Braintree responds in the bottom of the 10th with two on, two out. Facing McGlinchy with an 0 and 2 count Steve McKenna fouls off several fast balls and then hits a ball in the right center gap scoring Worthley and Nickerson for the thrilling walk off.

Jamie Collins lead off the game by hitting a bomb on the second pitch of the game for N/A but Dave Iava shook it off and with some solid defense was able to shut N/A down the rest of the way. Brenden Stone had two doubles and 3 RBI to lead the offense. Rob Monti and Brian Cassidy both had 2 hits and a RBI for the Tides.
