The trio on the mound of Dumas, Lankarge and Foundas held the Indians to just 4 runs (2 earned) while scattering only 5 hits. For the Royals, they had 11 hits including a couple from the newcomers: Juan Parra and Brian Schools. Veteran Stephen Robb added a pair of hits and Anthony Perry added 3 of his own in helping the Royals to the win.
