The Giants went to 2-0 with a hard fought victory over the Rockies yesterday. Jeff Decoteau improved to 2-0 with a 4-hit, 8 strikeout performance over 5 innings. He was relieved by Jason Grenier in the sixth who surrendered 2 unearned runs, due to two Giant miscues, but in the 7th inning Grenier slammed the door on the Rockies' potent lineup. Offensively, Jason Grenier drove in two runs, one in the 1st inning with a sacrifice fly, and the other with a 3rd inning single. Glennon drove in the other run with a 2 inning single.
