Rookie Mike Stasio led the O's to a 4-3 win, firing a CG and allowing 0 ER to outduel Andrew Hubbard of the White Sox, who also threw a CG. In the 2nd inning, 6 consecutive Orioles batters reached base, providing Stasio with all the cushion that he would need. But it certainly wasn't comfortable. The White Sox had the tying and winning runs in scoring position in the bottom of the 7th but could not score.
