Seip gets the win in relief as Grossman wins in 8 innings. Strassmann (2 for 3, BB, 4 Runs), Hampe (2 runs), and Ferbert (1 run) account for the scoring. Grossman has a 4 to 2 lead in the 7th as Thater keeps the Padres bats quiet. But Santos has a clutch 2 out 2 run Cleveland Circle home run into the trees in right to tie the game.
