Jay Turner(MIT) threw a no hitter against the defending champion Padres on his first start of the year. Jay struck out 11, including the side in the 3rd and 4th innings. Ryne Barry (MIT)made a great running catch to help perserve the no-hitter. Stockyard jumped out early, scoring 2 in the first on a 2-run base hit from Devin Barry (Northeastern). Stockyard opened up the game in the 5th, scoring 6 runs. The big blow came on a 3-run homer from Coley Lyons (Stonehill).
