Padres right-hander Carlos Osorio won after allowing a run on six hits with five strikeouts in seven innings against the Tigers on a sunny day at Libby Field today. Osorio limited the tigers to just one run and he is now leading the league with 51 strikeouts in the season. The first padres run came in the 2nd inning with a HBP to Jose Lopez with the bases loaded and the padres added some more runs when Luis Caro drove in 2 with a triple in the top of the 3rd inning, Caro has now 7 games hitting streak.
