It took the Astros 8 innings to finally break through, but South End went home with a thrilling walk-off victory. Leo Vilorio was brilliant on the mound throwing 8 innings of 5 hit shutout ball to earn his 3rd win of the season. Defensively Miguel Rodriguez was rock solid at 2nd base with 5 assists. Rodriguez wasn't only a standout in the field but with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 8th he hit the walk-off game winning single. This was a huge division win for the struggling Astros.
