Brian Francoeur went five innings to earn his first MABL win. The Orioles opened the scoring on a 2-run triple by Aaron Lawson. The Dodgers countered with a leadoff triple from Marc Dubois (2-2, 3B) who later scored on a groundout. The Dodgers evened things up in the third on an RBI double by Garrett Fisher (3-4, 2B, RBI), then plated two more in the 4th on some infield singles. The Orioles had a big 5th inning, stringing together 4 hits, aided by two Dodger errors. Paul McInnis took the loss in relief for the Dodgers. The Orioles offense was sparked by Al Cacciatore, Jay Thomas, Mike Yocco and Jason Bressner, all with two hits apiece. George Haseltine threw two scoreless innings in his MABL debut to pick up the save.
