The Braves offense finally showed some life leading to their first victory of the season over Savin Hill. Braves scored two in the first on a Hornets error and a Sac Fly by Ouellette followed by three in the 6th on a 2-run double by Brien and a Gill RBI single. Schein had some control issues early but worked through them to earn his first win throwing 6 IP, 4 H, 2 ER and 4 SO. Lochiatto picked up his first save closing out the 7th. Ternaglia, Sterenson, Strassmann and Weber all collected hits for the Hornets.
