After a dodgy first inning, Chris Michienzi buckled down and delivered a solid start against one of the YBL elite. While both teams were missing some vets, the Bulldogs and Dodgers squared off for a 1-run battle, this time going for the Dodgers. Michienzi threw 5+ innings and scattered hits to keep the Bulldogs from getting any true momentum. JJ "cheese" Miller came on to pitch 1.2 innings of save-ball getting the Dodgers a much needed win. After squaring the match at 3 after 4, the Dodgers struck for 4 runs in the 5th, started with an RBI butt-punch by Marty "the one-man party" Whitmore, followed by a base-clearing double for Billig the Kid, who ended up 3-for-3 with 4 rbi.
