Great night for baseball at Braintree High - Sargent on the hill for the Minmen and Merrit for Beacon Hill. Both pitched great throwing complete games but Minmen strike with 3 in the bottom of the 6th to take the win. Dodgers load bases with no outs in 6th. Happas makes a great play, ranges in the hole at ss and makes an off balance throw to the plate for the first out. After the 2nd out, a line shot to center but right at Shea, Dodgers do not score. After a long, long at bat in which Barthel saw double digit pitches but struck out, Merrit's next few pitches were up in the zone and Shea, who had a great diving catch earlier also had the big hit, turned on one of em, with a 2 run triple. Sarg shut them down in order in the 7th.
