Will Clang and Tom Fitzpatrick battled for the third time on Sunday. Each of the previous games went to Clang & the A's: 1-0 play off clincher '11 & Opening Night '12 - 5-3 both A's wins. Fitzy won today in a shut out 2-0. His complete game 4 hit victory was his first against four tough losses. Clang was equal to the task & tossed a gem. Some inside baseball was called for by the Beacons as Matt Samela came thru with a big 2RBI - 2 hit day to bolster a depleated McKay Club Roster. This goes down as one of the fastest games in YBL history as well. It was a 1 hour & 15 minute affair. The environment at Cunningham Park in Milton by the way is the BEST venue in our League we are very thankful to be able to play at least one game a year there!
