Malden, MA - Evan Tardugno pitched six solid innings as the Malden Bulldogs won their seventh straight, beating the McKay Club Beacons tonight by a final of 3-2. Tardugno faced just 23 batters on the night, striking out four and issuing one walk. Jon Shepard allowed one run in the seventh but stranded the tying run at second for his second save of 2010. Anthony Perry jump started the Bulldog offense as he went 2-for-2 with a run scored and a triple. He was replaced by Robbie Mondello who scored a run and had a key RBI base hit in the fifth.
