The Giants jump back into sole possession of first place with a 6-0 win against the Dodgers in East Boston. Tom Plumitallo threw a CG shutout giving up only 3 hits and striking out 7. The Giants offense had runners on in almost every inning but was not able to break through until the 4th on a Zac Stiffler RBI single. They would add runs each of the next 2 innings and finally blew the game open on a Paul Branche 2 RBI triple in the 6th. The Giants are back in action Monday night when they take on the Spinners.
