A well played game by both teams with solid defense, timely hitting and quality pitching. A 3-3 tie was broken in the bottom of the 6th when Kelly McCormick stroked a one out, 3-run HR. The bottom of the fifth featured Mike Griffin pitching out of a bases loaded, no out jam followed in the top of the 7th by Mike Whatley pitching out of a bases loaded, 1 out jam and the eventual win.
