In a game shortened by rain the Pad's pulled it off once again. Mike Minerva pitched great in front of a sloppy defense picking up his 3rd win. Alex Familia had a big 2-out hit in the 4th to spark a 3-run rally. In the bottom of the 5th Darwin Mesa hit a single to lead off and steal second. Leigh Zancewicz had a bunt single as Mesa advanced. After a failed suicide squeeze play, Zancewicz advanced to 3rd and Julio Gonzalez knocked in the game winning run. When the Pad's went to the field it was pooring and lightning. The game was called 45 mins later.
