Andrew Marenghi got his first win of the year by throwing a complete game 5-hitter against the Mariners. Marenghi stuck out 12 and only walked 1 while giving up 2 runs (1ER). For the offense, TJ Unger (1 for 3, R, RBI) was all over the basepaths as he stole 5 on the day. Tom Spoth (1 for 3, 2B, R) hit a deep double in the 3rd and later scored. And, Mike Power (1 for 2, RBI, R, HBP) came up with a big 2-out RBI single to add some insurance in the 5th. For the Mariners, Ross Sheppard hit and RBI triple in the 6th.
