The Marlins took the second game of a double header at Endicott College on Sunday. Mark Daoust picked up the win in what may be his last game as a Marlin. Other stars included Gregg Howard and Todd Garland who played strong games in the field at 2b and RF respectively. The Fish were paced offensively by Paul Bracco (2RBI) and Steve Mellor (2h). Down 2-1 into the 6th, the Marlins scratched for two runs to take the lead in the top of the inning. After rookie Brian Caccavale scored on a Paul Bracco chopper to second, Andy Herr extended the inning with a desperate slide into first on a high throw. Rookie backstop Jason Skypeck delivered the go-ahead run, which proved to be the game winner.
