In one of the most drawn-out games ever played at salsa-swinging Clifford, the O's offense outlasted the Red Sox plate patience. The Red Sox were helped out by an Orioles' staff that hit 5 batters and walked 9 before the lights went out with 2 outs in the 7th. Ryan Bere picked up his first MABL win, pitching 4.1 innings of relief, yielding only 2 runs. He was backed by a defenense that played error-free ball, turning 3 double plays and nailing a runner trying to steal home on a wild pitch. Some highlights: Will Wilde 3-4, a double short of the cycle, hit a 3-run HR towards the softball field in Center.
