The Spinners found the win column in a big way with 15 hits and 12 runs in a rout of the Orioles. All nine players in the starting lineup scored at least one run, with Isaac Valvidiezo leading the way with three hits and two RBIs. Armando de Los Santos also drove in two runs. Dan Blomerth pitched five innings, giving up one run while striking out four. Marty Clarke came on in relief to finish the job on the mound.
