Andrew Marenghi came up huge for the Royals in his 1st MABL start against the Marlins. Marenghi K'd 9 and gave up only 4 Marlins hits while going the complete game. Only 1 of the 3 runs Marenghi yielded was earned. Felix Villalobos led the previously slumping Royals offense by going 3 for 3 with a 2B, 3R and 4RBI. Felix also took home on double steal in the 2nd to provide the Royals with a lead they wouldn't relinquish. Steve Palumbo had the Royals' only other multi-hit game going 2 for 3 with an RBI. The Marlins offense was led by Adam Etherington (2 for 3, 2B, 2RBI) and Chris Ryan (2 for 4) who also took the loss on the mound.
