The Marlins won their second straight, building a 6-2 lead behind Hiro Nakamura (5IP, 2ER, 3H, 4K) before the game is called due to rain in the top of the 6th. The Fish opened the scoring in the top of the first with a sacrifice fly by Davin Wilfrid and a bases loaded walk to Joe Montoya, only to have the DBacks answer in the bottom half with a RBI double by Jeremy Broadwell and a run scoring single by Bill Schellbach. The bottom of the Marlins order countered in the top of the 2nd, loading the bases for Chris Ryan, who cleared them with a double to center. A home run by Adam Etherington in the 3rd was the final blow.
