A's OVER CUTTERS The A's bested the Cutters 10-1 at Fallon behind a complet game from Hunter Shea. The A's jumped out to an early 1-0 lead on a Bo McIntyre sacrifice fly that played Andrew Billig, who had led off with a single. The Cutters ties it in the 3rd, when a single plates lead-off man Neil Hovasapian. The A's wasted no time responding. In the bottom of the 3rd, Nick Barton reached on an error and was eventually driven in by a Jay Lamoureux sacrifice fly. McIntyre then scored on a Jordan Krall single. That was all Hunter Shea needed. He went the distance and struck out 9 guys, while yielding just 6 hits. The A's got some insurance in the 5th and 6th. Highlights included a McIntyre double and an O'Keefe triple. Billig, McIntyre, Lamoureux, and Krall each had multi-hit games for the A's.
