Evan Derochea earned his first MABL win, throwing a complete game and striking out 8 to outduel Jeffrey Betances, who went the distance for the Cutters. Down 4-2 in the bottom of the 6th, the O's loaded the bases with nobody out. Jose De Los Santos reached on catcher's interference to bring the O's within one. The O's tied the game on a fielders choice by Hector Acevedo, and then scored what proved to be the winning run on a groundout RBI by Myles Comeau. For the Cutters, Ryan Bere went 3-4, 2SB, 2R.
