The Braves came out swinging, putting up 4 runs on 4 hits in the top of the 1st, and added a 5th run in the 3rd, before the Gator bats woke up, plating 3 in the 4th to make it a ball game. The Braves responded with three runs of their own to stretch their lead back to 5 entering the Gators final at bats. Scotty Michaud led off with a single to right, advancing to 2nd on an error and the comeback was on. Eight batters later the Gators walked off victorious.
