The A's get revenge for their game 5 loss in the finals, taking the opening day game from the Reds. Talal Saleh settled down after a tough first inning to get the win in his first MABL start. The game was tied going into the fourth when Nick Tapper smoked a HR to right center. The A's would add some insurance in the seventh to put this one away. Patrick Vetter also went 3-for-4 in the victory.
