The Cambridge Spinners completed the season sweep of the South Shore Grays with a 7-5 win. Nick Bonofiglio won his fifth game of the season, pitching four innings with seven strikeouts. Luc Kocher came on in relief for the save. Down 3-2 in the fifth, the Spinners rallied for four runs. Mike Tufo reached base on one of his three hits and scored on a Nick Sieber single. Pete Allain and Mike Knell drove in runs to give Cambridge the lead for good. Tom Plumitallo had two hits for the Grays and drove in two runs to lead the South Shore offense. Brian Maloney pitched six innings, striking out ten.
