The Spinners won their second in a row and their fourth game of the season by mercy rule 17-2 Sunday in Malden. Ryan Gaffney drove in three runs on a double in the second inning and a two-run home run in the third. Mike Knell hit a double and a triple and drove in three runs and Mike Navarro drove in three runs of his own. Luc Kocher got the win, going four innings, giving up just five hits while striking out two. The Singing Surgeons scored their lone runs in the fifth inning. Jack Stockless drove in a run on a fielder's choice and Ken Manero tripled to drive in the Surgeon's second run of the inning.
