Chris DeLouchrey turned in another masterful performance against one of the best teams in the league. He struck out 14 Cardinals while only allowing 1 earned run. It was Delouchrey's 4th complete game of the year and 4th double-digit strikeout performance. While the bats didn't come alive until 5th inning, it was timely hitting by Grofi Cruzi who sliced a 2-run double down the line to take the lead after Andrew Ricci's 2-run single to tie it. This was the lowest hit total for the Braves in a win on the season.
