The Knights traveled to the sandy shores of Recreation Beach to face off against the Sabers in the 2nd matchup of the season between these two teams. The Knights sent Branden Eaton to the bump to face off against Rob MacDonald. Both pitchers were sharp in this one scattering hits and making big pitches when needed. The Knights struck first plating 2 on a Matt Rodriguez singe in the 3rd that drove in Ace DiNapoli. The scored remained 2-0 until the 7th when the Knights exploded for 4 more runs taking a 6-0 lead to the bottom of the 7th. The Sabers managed to plate one in the 7th but Eaton and the Knights were just too much on this Saturday.
