The Marlins took an early lead behind the bats of Sean O'Neill and Brett Lever, while Andy Reidy started off with 5 innings of 1-hit ball on the mound. Reidy lost some control in the 6th, but CJ Good came in to limit the damage and allow the Marlins to escape the 6th with the game tied. O'Neill entered to pitch the 7th, striking out 2 to give the Marlins a chance in the bottom of the inning. Zach Lynch hit a double, Danny Andriolo ran out a clutch infield single, and O'Neill finished the game himself on a walk-off to the fence in deep center.
