PJ Gouthro battled through early trouble to settle down to get his 6th win of the season giving up only 2 earned runs through 5 innings. Chris Anderson (Roger Williams University) cleaned up the last two innings keeping his 0.00 ERA intact. Palmer's offense got contributions from almost everyone in the lineup but was led by Chris Curran (4-4, HR, 3 SB's, and 2 RBI's), Frank Alexopoulos (3-5, 2 3B's, 3 RBI's), Brian Medairos (3-4, SB, and 1 RBI), and the pride of Braintree's Joe Hock (2-4 and 2 RBI's). Palmer got a nice spark from Kyle Power as well when Matt Seropian had to come out of the game due to heat exhaustion and cramping.
