Towne jumps out to an early three nothing lead with the first three batters of the game scoring. That is the extent of the scoring for Towne as Bret Urban settles down giving up just one more hit while striking out seven through six innings. Adam Fournier (Franklin Pierce University) is impressive in his Park League debut picking up the save while striking out the side in the 7th. Towne makes it interesting with three base runners but fails to score. Grossman chips away at the early deficit with Andrew Tenaglia (2 doubles) and Chris Malloy (3 hits) pacing the offense.
