Josh Desai was dominant from start to finish, striking out 8 out of 9 hitters through the first three innings. The Padres would threaten to score with the bases loaded in the 4th and 5th, but Desai worked through unscathed, keeping the Padres scoreless. Desai finished with 16 Ks and one 1 BB, allowing just three hits to earn the complete game shutout. ADSL's offense broke through in the 5th inning on four straight hits, capped off by Jack Colton's (2-3, 2-RBI, SB) two-run base hit to extend the lead to 4-0. Brendan Collins had two hits and 2-RBI for ADSL while working hard behind the plate for Desai.
