The Mariners and Athletics played a hard fought game. The Mariners struck first plating two on a wild pitch and then a RBI single by Cory Aldoupolis in the top of the 1st. The Athletics came back with a 2 run homerun by Mazzeo in the bottom half. The Athletics would score two more in the 3rd. Matt Dumont and Adam Nichols went the distance for both teams.
