Mr. Wlodarczyk, fresh off his honeymoon was able to help his cause with his first career hit and 4 runs. Murphy racked up 5 RBI, while Field and Gib added 4 each. Stevens added a multi-hit game, JP walked 100 times, and Morgan looked dead-sexy behind the plate. Rich pitched well enough for the win despite some unusual wildness, going 5 allowing just 1 run on 4 hits, and Riordan showed up just in time to pitch the 6th before the lights got shot out...I mean, shut off.
