Tiger's move franchise to 6-0 on Opening Day with solid win over the Orioles Sunday. Chad Griffiths (0 ER, 4 K's) gets the W going 6 strong and J Lam struck out the side in the 7th. Coach Gib (3-4, RBI, 3 R's) helped lead a big offensive day for the Tigers in the Opener. New Tiger Mike Knell had 3 RBI's and played some great D in LF and Dan Field (2 R's) had multiple hits as well. The Tigers played great defense throughout to keep a tough Orioles squad from scoring, including throwing two runners out at the plate in the 1st and turning a nifty 7-6-1 DP later. Kevin Glass and Jose De Los Santos both had mutiple hits for the Orioles. De Los Santos threw well for the "birds" before tiring down the stretch.
