The Grays jumped out to an early three run lead in the second inning then cooled off as Tigers starter, Brian Houlding, held them scoreless till the last frame. The Tigers gained the lead with consecutive two run innings in the 5th and 6th which included a homerun by Scott Stevens. Grays starter, Chris Zervas was able to buckle down and get the Tigers down 1-2-3 in the top of the 7th. In the bottom of the 7th, Rob Prenovitz and Steve Baldassari were able to get on base. Then, with two outs, Jerry Holly capped off a monster day (3 for 3, 2 RBI) by hitting a walk off single to get the victory for the Grays.
