Shepard pitches Malden to game five MALDEN, MA - In what might have been the best playoff game this post-season, Malden forced a decisive game five with a 2-1 win over Revere tonight at Maplewood Park. Righthander Jon Shepard went the distance for the Bulldogs as he limited the Rockies offense to just three hits while striking out six and surrendering one unearned run. Malden shortstop Mike Oliveira got the game winning RBI on his Sacrifice Fly in the sixth. Luis Rodriguez had two of Revere's three hits.
