The Cantabs' Joe Perna (3-0) cruised to his 3rd victory on the young season, going the distance and keeping the Chiefs off the scoreboard until the last frame. Perna, Jamie Aldoupolis, and Matt Coyne each had a multi-hit game to propel the 'Tabs to what was an even-keeled team win. For the Chiefs, Minsoo Kim pitched well in defeat, and Wander Liriano (2 hits) cranked a bases clearing double in the bottom of the 7th to nearly bring the Chiefs all the way back from the brink. The Cantabs and Chiefs will finish their season series this Sunday with a doubleheader at BB&N (Cambridge).
