After wasting another great performance from Neil "The Chancellor" Doherty in Game 1, the Marlins finally got the bats going and salvaged a split with the Padres Sunday afternoon. Anthony Leonelli (1 ER) picked up his first win of the season, going the distance and picking up five Ks. He was supported by strong outfield defense and some long-awaited clutch hitting. Pat Allen, Andy Katz, and Paul Bracco paced the offense with two hits apiece and the Fish stole a season high six bases. Padre Leigh Zancewicz continued a fine day for himself with a pair of hits and two runs scored.
