In a pitcher's duel between two teams battling to make the playoffs in the tight Atlantic Conference, the Cutter's came out on top in a must win game after a fielder's choice by Frank "Visor" Kowalski plated the winning run. Starting pitcher's Matt Richard [3H, 4Ks] and Andrew Hubbard [6H, 11Ks] were dominant in a rematch of last year's Atlantic Conference Finals. Both battled out of jams when they had to with Hubbard notching several huge strikeouts to strand RISP and Matt Richard retiring 12 in a row at one point. It wasn't until the bottom of the 7th inning when a lead-off single by Timothy Vogel led to the only run of the game after a sacrifice by Johnny Kostas [who played stellar defense at SS] and a well placed dribbler up the middle by Anthony "Mr Baseball" Bucciarelli set the stage
