The Tigers end up winning a see-saw affair as they mixed it up with the Rangers in Roxbury. The Rangers jumped on top in the 1st, but the Tigers came right back with 2 of their own in the bottom half. Things got dicey in the 2nd as the Rangers scored 4 on a couple hits and a nice sac from Dutton, but again the Tigers fought back with a matching 4 spot on 2 walks, a nice sac from Gib, and an infield 1B by JP. The Rangers took the lead again in the 5th, only to see the Tigers come back again and take the lead for good in the bottom half on 3 straight singles capped off by a perfect hit-and-run by Morgan, and a great piece of hitting from KB (GW RBI). Houlding managed to go an inning in his first start of the season, while R-Wlod picked up his 7th win of the season. Steffens pitched well for the Rangers, but took the tough loss.
