The A's, once again, make a late surge to take the lead in the bottom of the 6th, after Dan Gaughan got out of a jam in the top of the inning. Kasey Kirby pitched well, going 5 innings in his first start of the season. And the A's continue to produce at the dish, after some back and forth early in the game, the 3-run 6th was good enough for the win. Another great 6-out relief appearance from Dan Gaughan really powered the A's through the end of the game.
